How to wash hands?

Prevention is better than cure – as the old saying goes, and there is frankly no better way to avoid most stomach born diseases, than by washing your hands and dry them with hand dryer. In fact, washing hands periodically, but especially before eating, is given so much importance that the World Health Organization (WHO) has gone to great lengths to create awareness about this simple act. Why are washing hands given so much importance? Well, if you think about it, it makes total sense. Humans go about doing most of their day to day activities by using their hands. This automatically means it is the hands which get the most exposure to the outside world.

Needless to say, the hands in turn will get covered with millions of untold microbes and bacteria. The good news is that, it is an easy problem to deal with, and that would be of course washing the hands. If possible, the hands should be washed using a disinfectant material such as soap. Also, for drying hands the best thing to use is hand blower dryers. However, if this is not possible then just using clean water will be enough. When washing hands, it is also important not to forget the fingernails. Germs love to live beneath the nails, which mean scrubbing this portion is just as important.

After washing hands, the next act is equally as important, and that would be drying them off. This is where most hand washing goes wasted, because when a cloth gets used to dry, it can put back all of the germs you washed away. The safest alternative as we already mentioned is to use hand dryers. A hand drying machine is designed to dispense hot air at a fast rate, similar to a blow dryer. When the wet hands are exposed to the hot air flowing from the hand dryer, it will naturally get dry in a clean manner.
